thsi is a fairly nooby guide on how to get 99 prayer basically go get some sort of melee weapon or range or mage what ever you want and go to blue dragons traverly dungion and kill them for their bones than go home and use the bones on the alter in the general store

Or What i found was easier...
1. get a weapon or something that does damage
2.when you are ready to train go to monster tele, and rock crabs
3. kill rock crabs sometimes the drop noted bones (X8)
4. once you have like 60 bones (would take like 15-20 mins)
5. go home and use them on the alter in the potion store, 60 bones will get you to like lvl 60-70
