Drops not dropping.

I have killed about 300 Steel Dragons, in hopes of a Dragon Full Helmet. I have gotten 7 Draconic Visages and 7 Dragon Platelegs. I feel like some drops just aren't dropping.

Haha, yeah, I think you need to realize something, you aren't going to get every drop within about.. 1000 kills, but then again, you might, who knows?
